Driving over the N55 from Hoyanger to Vadheim you can find this location at the very small point "Afsneset" where you have a beautiful and full overview over the Vadheimsfjord and Sognefjord.
The entrance of this location lies in just before a sharp corner in the road to the right and it's a location with several private houses so ask what you can visit.
It was a battery with 4x 10.5cm K331(f) canons that was protecting a deeper part of the Sognefjord. Later on the battery was dismantled and moved more to the south.
